Bharat Pumps & Compressors Ltd., (A Public Sector Undertaking under the control of Ministry of Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises, Govt. of India), a Miniratna Company was incorporated in 1970 with manufacturing facility at Naini, Allahabad. The company is engaged in manufacture and supply of heavy duty pumps & compressors and high pressure seamless and CNG gas cylinders / cascades to cater the needs of oil exploration & exploitation, refineries, petrochemicals, chemicals, fertilizer and down stream industries. BPCL has unique distinction of manufacturing all the three types, reciprocating compressors, reciprocating pumps and centrifugal pumps under one roof. Also, high pressure seamless and CNG gas cylinders / cascades are manufactured for meeting the requirement of power sector, industry sector, defense, medical and city gas distribution. These products are being manufactured and supplied to all the major petrochemicals & refineries and also to ONGC, Oil India Ltd. and various private sector customers.
